Curly hair, how to make bangs sit right.?

My hair is naturally curly, however when i brush it it kind of brushes the curls out into some thick wavy kind of hair.

I can manage a side frindge quite well, just pinning it back when it's wet then it dries nicely to the side however do you think i could manage a full front frindge?

straighten it!! just make sure u take extra special care of ur hair when u do start straightening it, the heat can really kill your hair, you can get alright straighteners for around $30-$70, but if u are really commited to having a fringe, buy a GHD, it will set you back around $200 though.
