How can i get my hair curly like this?

Ok here is a pic of what i want my hair to look like it. I am 11 i have nice soft hair and naturally curly hair. But when my hair drys which it does fast it get really really NAPPY. My hair isnt quite as long as the girl in the pic but it look like the pic when i finish washing my hair. But it always drys out and the curls go away and it becomes NAPPY. I just wanna know how i can keep my hair really curly without having it dry out. HELP all answers are welcome Thanks! oh yea hear is the pic

Smoothing creme, mousse, and most of all, don't brush your hair. comb it when it's wet. Brushing when dry can cause frizz and make it look "nappy". Curling your hair with a curling iron can also help tame frizz.

lots and lots of either curling gel of some sort, or mousse. just rub the stuff in when your hair is damp and then let it dry.

This always works for me, try putting your hair in curlers, dipping each curler in mug of hot hot water for a few seconds, then squeeze them with towel and let them air dry. You can also blow dry them but don't take them out of curlers until they dry all the way.
