I have thick curly hair?

damn dude just listen to your damn hairstylist. thats what he is for that was confusing as hell. just i wish you the best of effing luck with your hair haha

I have thick curly hair?

hair stratners at drug stores.

I have thick curly hair?

I have medium-thick curly hair. I found that mouss and all that really makes it crunch and curly. What I do now is simply drench it in leave-in conditionner spray and it makes the curls SUPER nice, good smelling, and soft.

As for you wanting a mowhawk - I'd suggest blow drying your hair upside down, angling the drying so your hair comes toward the middle. Try using Got 2 Be Spiked - that stuff is crazy thick and would most likely do the trick. Good luck man. Curly hair is really tough to work with.

I have thick curly hair?

I recomend you use a relaxing balm, serum or cream. You need something heavy but not hard.

Get regular Perm solution and comb through your hair, follow directions, how long to sit on hair ,rinse etc and your curls will relax to just about straight.

Curly or straight hair..?

how come some people have curly hair and some people have straight hair and liek some peoples change?? also how long does it take for hair to grow because it seems like forever ! and is there anything you can do to make it grow faster like eating more protein or something? thanks =)

Curly or straight hair..?

Get your hair cut every 3 months or so, so the dead ends don't slow the growing process. I have the same problem. Some people curl their hair or have perms, or they scrunch it. Some people straighten their hair. Some people have naturally straight or curly or wavy hair.

Curly or straight hair..?

buy garnier fructis length and strength it works soooo well it makes it grow 5x faster.

Curly or straight hair..?

eat vegtables and its the shape of the hair cell that decides whether ur hair is curly sraight or wavy

What kinda bun makes your hair curly when you put it down? PELAS ANSWER!?

no bun, is going to make your hair that curly!!!

the best you can get is wavyy....and i dont even think you can get that with a bun

What kinda bun makes your hair curly when you put it down? PELAS ANSWER!?

I would try braiding the hair into several small braids then allowing to dry. When you let it loose it should resemble the picture.

Good Luck.

What kinda bun makes your hair curly when you put it down? PELAS ANSWER!?

The girl in the picture either has naturally curly hair or a perm. You can only go from straight to that curly by using a curling iron and doing your entire head.

Braiding wet will give your hair a wave, but it wont look exactly like the picture either.

CURLY HAIR Managing?

I Have Natural Curly Hair Kind Of Like This:

http://www.hairplus.co.nz/images/product...

Sometimes It Goes Frizzy. After Washing It With Shampoo And Conditioner, I Cant Just Leave It To Natrually Dry Or Use A Hair Dryer, Those 2 Ways Make It VERY Frizzy. Instead Ive Always Used A Leave In Conditioner, Sometimes That Makes It Look A Bit Greasy And Still A Bit Frizzy.

Any Suggestions?

CURLY HAIR Managing?

I, too, have curly hair. Mine frizzes if I blow dry it or brush after it drys. And, I can't use the frizz products. What I do is, shampoo only a few times each week (experiment to see what works for you), shampoo drys your hair and dry hair frizzes more. Then I put in a regular conditioner for dry hair and leave it in, put in just enough that your hair is not greasy. Every few months go in for a deep conditioning at the beauty salon (or beauty school, its cheaper). I towel dry my hair to damp before styling and when I need to "dry brush" my hair I wet the brush before brushing. What I have found is that you can't let your hair become dry. Hope this helps.

CURLY HAIR Managing?

Have you tried a hair dry like the ones they use at the hair salon? (The one that you put over your head) The sell them at Sally's in a smaller, portable version. When I got my haircut, my hairstylist recommended one of those because it dries the hair faster without really frizzing it up like a normal hair dryer.

Definitely use gel and Frizz-Ease. Also, liquid hairspray works for me. My hair looks like the picture also and so far this is the best combo I've worked out without having to use all salon products. Also, my roommate (who has crazy curly hair) and I have a theory that only really expensive or really cheap products seem to work on curly hair. So our bathrooms are a mix of Biolage and Suave. It's just a theory.

CURLY HAIR!!! please help!!!!?

i have really curly hair and it poofs up when it is dry. what are some things i can do to it to make it look better (i mean like some hairstyles), and should i get highlights (if yes what color, my hair is dark brown). please help!

CURLY HAIR!!! please help!!!!?

I also have curly hair... here's what i use...

Go to Walmart or Walgreens and get Citre shine hair serum, herbal essance curling mousse and hairspray (purple bottles). Use your choice of moisturizing shampoo and conditioner then when you get out, use the serum on your damp hair and comb through, dont' use too much or your hair will be greasy. Then use a handfull of mousse and scrunch it into your hair. Then take a large clip and pile it on your head while you get dressed and do your makeup. If you want to you can run a diffuser through your hair to dry it a little more, but it's optional. When you are done take the clip out and spray a little hairspray on it to seal the ends and keep from fly aways, but not too much or you'll lose your bounce. Highlights are fun, I have dark brown hair and i did caramel colored highlights... They look great with curls and give it depth. Good luck!!

CURLY HAIR!!! please help!!!!?

don't get highlights. i don't know if it would look good with curly hair.

use some gel or stay-in conditioner that works with friz. i'm sure your hair looks awesome. i've always been jealous of people with curly hair. also, you could go to your hair stylist and ask her to thin it for you and that could help control the poofy-ness

CURLY HAIR!!! please help!!!!?

use herbal esscences hair scruncher gel and get golden blonde highlights

CURLY HAIR!!! please help!!!!?

try doing a half-up half-down style, or a low but messy bun, do it when your hair is a little damp, like a few minutes after your shower, and run a smoothing serum on before styling, just dont put it in your roots (john frieda works well, and they also have a line for curly hair)

CURLY HAIR!!! please help!!!!?

i have curly hair too and i have the same problem...i use a leave in conditioner that calms the frizz down

i wouldn't put highlights in your hair..because it usually isn't very flattering with curls

here are some websites with some good hair styles:

CURLY HAIR!!! please help!!!!?

100% guranteed this will work if you follow these instructions and use these products. Products you need: Pantene shampoo and conditioner for curly hair, Curls-up, Pantene mousse, Pantene fullnes hairspray. when you wash your hair and rinse always leave a little conditioner in your hair this helps tame the fly-aways step 2: let hair down out of the towel and apply the curls up gel about a fifty cent size while scrunching then apply the mousse about the same amount also and scrunching to. put your hair back in the towel for about ten minutes and let it set. after that let your hair dowm with it flipped up-side down grabb the the hair spray AND SPRAY SPARINGLY while wet gab the blow dryer and use a cool to med setting of heat alternating them back and forth and scrunching at the same time. dry your hair just enough so that it's just a little damp and spray again to finish

Try a ceramic plate hair straightener.

Also try different products that help calm your tresses.

I have longish, curly, dyed hair, what would be a nice haircut?

I still wanna put it up in a pony-tail, and I have bangs about to my chin. My hair is about three inches past my shoulders curly, about five inches past my shoulder straightened. I have very curly hair, but it isn't really frizzy. I don't want it short, because my hair gets frizzier the shorter it gets. But I'd really like it styled. I have dyed black hair and don't plan on going back to my natural colour.

I have longish, curly, dyed hair, what would be a nice haircut?

I would say find a style that can hold volume and curls. I have naturally curly hair as well and I love that it can hold curls for long periods of time. I keep my long and not layed because hte ends dry out too fast. Also the longer it gets, probably the more weighted and the longer hte curls will be. But, I would say try rollers or curling irons to style it.

Shoulder bobs are so cute I wish I had curly hair.

Curly super dry hair plz help!!?

Okay so i got natural curly hair and is super dry i would like to know what are the best hair product to get my hair to look alive again asap cause it looks dull with no shine so plp that know about what im talking about plz help!!Thanks

Curly super dry hair plz help!!?

This has been great for my curly, frizzy hair. Start with VO5 Hot oil treatment to get rid of the build up from the previously used products. SunSilk Hairapy shampoo and conditioner. Then follow with the SunSilk 24/7 creme. Use only a little bit of the creme (size of a dime); if you use too much your hair will feel greasy. Use an alcohol-free mousse. Use a diffuser to dry your hair without running your fingers thru it; just pat the top of it while drying. Or, just let it dry by itself after you put the mousse in. All the products together will cost you about $15; swing by KMART, WalMart, etc. I was surprised that such a great solution has been so inexpensive. Hope your curls are soft and bouncy soon!

I have curly hair too and what you should do is the Mayo method

just rub mayo in your hair and leave it in for an hour or so..

or, do like I did this morning and use 1 egg yolk, some mayo, and 2teaspoons of olive oil.

also, do not shampoo your every day, but be sure to condition your hair often..and use deep conditioners often..

hope I helped xx

Curly super dry hair plz help!!?

My best friend uses coconut oil and only washes her hair with shampoo about once a week. Also, trim your hair regularly, and use something soft to dry your hair such as an old t-shirt.

I have crazy frizzy hair too. I use the loreal elvive sleek %26amp; shine shampoo %26amp; conditioner. Then i use the loreal elvive deep conditioning masque, i leave it in overnight. The next day when i wash it out, i use the loreal elvive serum. It makes my hair heaps softer, and is probably the best that i have used. I have used salon only brands before, and this one is better.
