why di crtain have curly hair (ex: me) and other people of the smae family (ex: older sister) have strightish/wavy hair???

It's just genetics, if you have curly hair and everyone else in your family has straight, it's just that you got a recessive gene. Or the postman's your father. :)

It's all in your genetics, honey, and I feel your pain. Just because your sister got a certain trait doesn't mean you will get it too. People are different; same family or not.
